All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

• Email sales@veltrisport.com to communicate any shipping issues.
• Provide the order number in your email.
• A representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

• A customer can return unused merchandise that was purchased on the Veltri Sport website.
• If a Veltri Sport product was bought at an authorized retailer, it would need
  to be returned at that retailer.
• If the item is fully intact and in its original packaging, it can be returned at any time.

• To initiate a return or exchange please email sales@veltrisport.com.
• Please include the order number in your email and the reason for your request.
• Once the item is received back to Veltri Sport, the refund or exchange will be processed.

• All Veltri Sport products that were bought on the Veltri Sport website are eligible for return.
• All returns must be unused in original packaging.
• If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact sales@veltrisport.com with an image and description of the issue.

• Within 24 hours a representative will respond with return instructions.
• Once the product is received back and reviewed, the
  return/exchange/refund will be processed immediately.
• An approved return will take approximately 5 business days from the time the customer mails back the item.

Once the return item is received and the product is deemed acceptable, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

• Veltri Sport apparel wash on a cold delicate cycle and lay flat to dry.
• Veltri Sport Novelty bags clean with a mild soap and a damp cloth.
• Veltri Sport bags clean with a mild soap and a damp cloth or machine wash cold delicate cycle and lay flat to dry.

• Veltri Sport bags are water resistant and select zippers are waterproof.
• Veltri Sport bags will keep your gear protected and dry against rain and water, however, are not to be fully submerged underwater.

• Veltri Sport uses recycled nylon and recycled polyester for their products.
• These extremely durable fabrics repel water instead of absorbing it.
• These fabrics tend to repel dirt instead of absorbing it making them easy to wipe clean.

Veltri Sport apparel contours your body with a fit that feels snug, but for a gentler feel opt for a size up.

• Most Veltri Sport bags have adjustable straps for added comfort and fit.
• Veltri Sport Backpacks have a special padded compartment that can store a helmet including a wide brim.
• Veltri Sport Backpacks have a padded laptop compartment that can store a 13” or up to a 16” laptop.
• All Veltri Sport Belts and Belt Bags are adjustable to size 40.
