The included 5x7” zip pouch holds a variety of smaller items, like keys and cash. Lightweight and roomy, the Delaire black equestrian backpack also features a padded helmet compartment that will keep your helmet secure to and from the ring. Plus, we’ve added a front seatbelt harness for added security during travel.
Made from water-resistant materials, the Delaire backpack is also crafted from 90% recycled materials—a product that we’re proud to say supports the environment. Easily access your water bottle and cell phone using the exterior pockets, and attach extra pouches or other items with the carabiner clip. The cushioned straps are comfortable and easily adjustable. Veltri has a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:
• any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
• only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged – Sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged
• any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
Shipping for the return or exchange is paid for by the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. if you have not received your refund after this time period elapses and after checking in with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is in process, please contact us at sales@veltrisport.com
